Accurate Auto Insurance

I've been with Accurate since about 2009. I really never had any problems. However I realized after getting some quotes from other places that I might not have been getting the best deal. I expressed to some agents when they called about possibly finding another car insurance company and no one seemed to care. Which is fine, I'm sure they have plenty of new customers. But I feel like since I have been a customer with Accurate for such a long time, you would think I would be treated as a VALUED customer. They let me leave without even asking what I was quoted or what they could do to keep me. On two separate occasions when I mentioned I was going elsewhere, they all said okay and the call was ended without a care in the world. I won't do business with a company that doesn't value the long term customers they do have and I recommend to everyone out there to search around and check what else is available. I had a very basic plan without roadside assistance and was paying more then what I will be paying with the new company INCLUDING roadside. While there are many insurance companies available for consumers like me. Staying with a company who values you is important regardless of what else is out there. The interactions with them shows that I was just another person and a loss they could care less about.

This Company it’s something “especial” When I had there service, I called them to let them know that a lady hit my car and requesting help, All what I have to said is they are good in remind you your monthly or when your policy it’s about to expire in order to renew it, but that time I reported the incident they just gave me a 1800 #, in which the lady instead of help she was rude and tell me to deal with the party myself, both ladies were rude until I tell them, great I deal with this myself but don’t count with me as a client next time because it’s all the you guys are good for to call and remind your bill. So they are kind until and issue . In addition when suit the lady that hit my car In Court in Bridgeview the Judge allow her to pay $500 the demage was $2,247 the judge Buckle, by time, for secund time I report that the lady never pay even she was so extremely kind with the opposite, instead of suspend her driver license She told me notting she can do , but dismiss the case. So if any happens. What a shame!
